SHIPPING RATES & TIMES

Please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations.

Just a reminder that shipping times are estimated, and might take longer during peak season or due to an incorrect address.

Most items will ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering (weekends and holidays not included).

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

SHIPPING STATUS

All orders are giving a tracking number when shipped out and email to you with all information

Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package.  The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.

Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS.

Some items on our site are shipped directly from the vendor. 

Order processing can take up to 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped with standard shipping and expedited delivery is not available.

Since each brand ships from its own warehouse, your item(s) will arrive separately from the rest of your order. If you order from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each brand.
